WQ-P1101 is a Micronized Amide Wax similar to Ceridust 3910. It is suitable for use as a micronized amide wax in solvent-based coatings, powder coatings, and printing inks. It can also be used as a dispersant and lubricant in plastic applications.
For coatings, paints, and inks, WL-P1101 offers excellent leveling, anti-settling, and dispersion properties, as well as improved surface hardness. It can significantly enhance the product's wear resistance, stain resistance, and smoothness, with minimal impact of transparency. This can be used in can coating application as meat releasing agent. In powder coating applications, WQ-P1101 acts as an antifoaming and degassing agent on porous surfaces, improving the smoothness of the coating surface.
